Salesforce a vast, you can spend a whole day discussing and it will not end!
But, we have to make decision in less than 30m to take the candidate forward or reject.
I have my way of interviewing, others have their own.
Questions might be similar, but the discussion around them will be slightly different.
I expect the person to participate in the discussion and not just give one word answers.
We look for folks who can hold the ground, can take the ownership, go beyond the question asked, discuss background, discuss implications.
Well, its too much to ask, I know.
Or the least, provide the most convincing answers for the below questions. I dint say correct, I said convincing. Its not memory test, its testing how you navigate challenging times with the knowledge you have gained!
