You are unstoppable Salesforce Professional, but where do you start?

You might be someone who is getting started with your career

Or, someone who has spend 4/5 years

Or someone who has no working experience with IT and want to get started.

You heard of Salesforce being a very good career option.

Someone told you to become a Salesforce Admin, others told become a Salesforce Developer and someone else might have recommended to be come a Business Analyst.

Everyone one has their own recommendations based on what their experience with Salesforce is.

But hey, its you who has to make the call.

Here is a small table to help you decide

Salesforce Administrator✅ This is where anyone will start

✅ First step to learning Salesforce is to get to know the features which can be Administrated – hence the name

✅ You are not expected to code at this stage

✅ You SHOULD be able to logically solve problem
Salesforce Business Analyst✅ You should be able to converse with business users

✅ Get the expectations documented in a way the Admin/Developer can understand

✅ Should be able to take up some activities of an admin

✅ Demo features to users, get feedback, run the show
Salesforce Developer✅ All that Admin does Plus

✅ Able to code in an language called Apex which is similar to Java to some extent

✅ Should be able to code in Lightning Web Components – which is similar either Angular/React to some extent

✅ Able to built complex features

If you are good at communication (verbal and written) then try Business Analyst

Its evolving as a promising space recently

If you’re a good developer (of other language) you can be a developer on Salesforce

Admin is the best always!!!

Rest assured, with right investment of time, energy and guidance, you can be anyone.
